We’ll gladly take any unsatisfactory ready-made item back within 15 days from the original order date. Just be sure you have not worn or altered it. Attached tags and a copy of the receipt will be needed. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of payment.


Step 1 – Email

Email with your order number and reason of return. We’ll reply to you with the Return Instruction details by email.

Step 2 – Ship

Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with its original tags attached, hanger, crystal bag within 15 days for a refund.

  • The original receipt or the copy inside the package is required.
  • For returning a suit, customer needs to return all blazer, pants, vest and accessories if any.
  • No signature required service is accepted at the return center.
  • ORAGESQUARE is not responsible for any return sent to any other address or item damaged or lost in the return process.

Step 3 – Refund

  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. All refund goes directly back to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refund based on return item condition. We will email you with refund details. Shipping is a service and it is non-refundable. A restocking fee might be charged for packaging, handling, and any other cost during the restocking process.
  • Return shipping will NOT be covered.
  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
